Based on our research, we are not the least expensive (albeit not the most either) company in town, but we offer the best value. We spend, on average, 40 to 50% more time on each property and, therefore, can achieve a better result for our clients. Our original way was to estimate the house condition based on the property size, and it, for the most part, works. However, as we’ve built a reputation for intense, high-quality cleaning, we’ve been getting more clients with specialized needs – properties that were not professionally cleaned in a long time, with a significant amount of clutter, animal fur, or unique surfaces. We started offering in-person pre-assessments to ensure we’re better prepared to achieve our client’s desired results. This allows us to be sure we assign the correct number of resources and, at the same time to keep the project budget closer to your actual needs instead of average conditions.

This also means that your initial flat rate may change after the pre-assessment. So, for example, if a client books a typical 3-bedroom 2-bath home, and the pre-assessment shows there is a lot of what we call “life activity” – several kids or furry babies, we would need to send more maids and for a longer time than for a typical home – so it would cost more.

On the other hand, you can have a much larger property, but pre-assessment showed you’re not actively using most of it, and it doesn’t have a lot of dust, clutter, or complicated situations. This means fewer maids and fewer hours would do the trick. In this case, after the pre-assessment, your estimate will go down.
We guarantee that you will be delighted by the results of your cleaning. However, if you are not satisfied, email us a brief note along with pictures of the missed areas within 24 hours of your appointment, and we promise to send a technician back to put it right for free. It’s as simple as that.
Hours may vary by location, but for the most part, our house cleaning services are available Monday-Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Call customer support for special time requests outside of these hours.
We do not require you to sign any contract. You may cancel the service at any time.
Once you have completed your online booking you will immediately receive an email. This is there to reassure you that your booking has gone through. We will then assign a professional to your booking. Once we have assigned a cleaner to the appointment, we will send you another email to confirm your appointment. We also send text message reminders to you before the clean to make sure you don’t forget!
For an extra charge, you can book several services on top of your cleaning including:
  • Cleaning inside the oven
  • Cleaning inside the fridge
  • Cleaning the inside of your windows
  • Professional carpet cleaning
  • Cleaning inside of your cabinets and many more
We would like to say no, that anything is possible here at Tiptop Cleaning Experts. However, we do not clean the outsides of windows, mow lawns or walk your dog. Additionally, our housekeepers may not climb higher than a step stool, work on the second story outside your home, prepare meals, provide any pet or children-related services, wet wiping light fixtures, put away dishes & plant care. Also, we cannot use our own vacuum cleaners if there is an insect infestation in your home. We reserve the right to decline a job if it poses a safety risk to our maids.
Yes we do! All you have to do is select carpet cleaning on our online booking form and how many rooms you would like cleaned, and we will take care of the rest. Please note on your booking confirmation e-mail information regarding carpet shampoo.
We use several different carpet cleaning machines. Relax knowing that all are professional, high-quality machines and will do a great job of making your carpets sparkle!
We estimate around 45 minutes per room and additional time to completely (overnight if possible) dry.
Please let the carpets dry for at least a few hours (overnight, if possible) before walking on them.
We will never charge your card before your clean. We will only take payment on the day of your cleaning service. Guaranteed!
